PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a tape, by pulling this lug, when using the tape for a seal, by making a loop-like pick lug in an end part of the ribbon-like adhesive tape. SOLUTION: An adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is extended to a ceiling part of two stands separate at an interval of about two times a loop width. Both stands are moved in parallel and approached, and deflection is made in an intermediate part of the tape. A fold line is separately arranged by inserting one end of a plate coated with a release agent into an intermediate part of the adhesive surface of the tape.
