PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for product delivery and a delivery system capable of shortening a delivery lead time from order acceptance to a destination. SOLUTION: This method for product delivery by a shuttle service comprises an order accepting step accepting a product order at an order accepting center, a step for giving integrated data to respective accepted products at the order accepting center and directing confirmation of the presence or absence of stock in the production factory of the product and delivery thereof based on the integrated data, a step for delivering the product to a delivery center by the shuttle service according to the stock of the product, a step for transshipping an urgent order acceptance product accepted after the order acceptance deadline of the shuttle delivery, which is shipped from stock in urgent stock storage facilities placed beside the delivery center, and the product delivered from the production factory by the shuttle service for the same destination at the delivery center and delivering them by the shuttle service, and a step for replenishing the urgent order acceptance product.
