PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective gas enriching apparatus capable of carrying out stable feeding by suppressing a load on a differential pressure generation means to the minimum and preventing freezing in a communication passage by removing condensate generated in a delivery pipe for conveying air after passing through an oxygen enrichment membrane. SOLUTION: This selective gas enriching apparatus is provided with the oxygen enrichment membrane; the differential pressure generation means; the first communication passage; the second communication passage; the third communication passage; the fourth communication passage; a first opening/closing means; a second opening/closing means; and a third opening/closing means. The first opening/closing means, the second opening/closing means and the third opening/closing means are opened/closed based on the generation of a control requirement signal, and air in a second space is periodically conveyed to a first space by the differential pressure generation means. Condensate generated in the second communication passage is passed through the second communication passage, the third communication passage and the fourth communication passage and is discharged to the first space through the first communication passage.
