PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroscopic photography apparatus capable of reducing the weight of a C-arm to which an X-ray tube and X-ray image receiving part, etc. are attached, maintaining the structural strength and reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The C-arm 30 has the cross-sectional structure as shown in figure (c), and is extruded of aluminum and curved in the arc-shape shown in figure (a). The molded C-arm 30 has a mounting groove 35 as indicated on the inner side of the arc shown in figure (b). A high pressure-resistant sheet material 38 in figure (c) is pasted to a rail surface 30a. An image tube clamp 31, a pressure tube clamp 32 and an X-ray tube clamp 33 shown in figure (a) are attached to the C-arm 30 with bolts 35a and screw panels 35b shown in figure (d). Then, the rail surface 30a of the C-arm 30 is set in an arm holding part 7 as shown in figure (b). Bearings 36 are inserted from both sides in the S-S cross section of the C-arm 30 as shown in figure (e), and brakes 37 are inserted from both sides in the T-T cross section as shown in figure (f).
