METHOD FOR SEPARATING AND PURIFYING NUCLEIC ACID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the separation and purification of a nucleic acid to easily recover a stable amount of a nucleic acid having stable purity. SOLUTION: The method for the separation and purification of a nucleic acid comprises (1) a step of adsorbing the nucleic acid by passing a specimen solution containing the nucleic acid through a nucleic acid-adsorbing porous membrane capable of passing the solution, (2) a step of passing a cleaning liquid through the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane to wash the porous membrane in a state holding the adsorbed nucleic acid and (3) a step of passing a recovering liquid through the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane to desorb the nucleic acid from the porous membrane. The O1Shalf value width determined by the surface atom composition analysis (XPS) of the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane is≤1.2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
