<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute information such that printing is performed in a print mode or a layout fit for already registered personal information. <P>SOLUTION: When performing user registration (S801), information collection is performed to each user by user registration information, collected information is edited/laid-out to produce a table of the personal information about the user necessary for the distribution (S802). Necessary information is retrieved/collected from a database on the basis of the user information table (S803). Retrieved/collected output data are edited/laid-out on the basis of the registered user information table (S804). When the layout is completed, the already laid-out data is transmitted to a contract user (S805).
