<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transmission apparatus and an image transmission method capable of attaining a moving video effect by respective continued stopping videos. <P>SOLUTION: This image transmisspon apparatus is composed of: a control part for controlling general operations for image transmission; a photographing part for consecutively photographing an object in a photographing mode instructed by the control part; an MMS (multimedia message service) generating part for generating an MMS message by processing the photographed stopping images by an instruction of the control part; and a radio part for transmitting the generated MMS message. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
