<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bittern salt having a high ratio of a bittern component to sodium chloride, showing a "soft" and "mild" taste and capable of being used as the salt, and also suppressing/preventing the generation of a calcium salt with time. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the liquid bittern salt comprises concentrating sea water, stopping the concentration after recognizing the generation of an initial crystallizing substance, diluting it to a prescribed concentration, filtering for removing the crystallized substance, conveying, then secondarily diluting the concentrated sea water for preventing the precipitation of inorganic salts with time, and also adjusting to contain 20-30 g/100 ml sodium chloride content, 75-90 wt. % NaCl content based on the total inorganic salts and 10-25 wt. % other mineral components (bittern component). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
