<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant plasmid capable of quickly producing a large amount of a peptide having immunogenicity, a physiologically active peptide or their precursors and provide a chimera virus. <P>SOLUTION: The recombinant plasmid is provided with the 1st polynucleotide derived from the genom of clover vein yellowing virus, and the 2nd polynucleotide encoding a peptide having immunogenicity, a physiologically active peptide or their precursors. The peptide having immunogenicity is preferably a protein of an animal virus or a part of the protein, or a protein of a microorganism or a part of the protein, particularly preferably the capsid protein of norovirus or a part of the protein.
