<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch unit, in which clutch action can be correctly performed even when a moment load or an excess radial load is applied, and in which compactness and low manufacture cost are achieved. <P>SOLUTION: In a deep groove ball bearing part 25, thickness at a shoulder part 33 of a race groove 11 in an inner ring 2 on one side where the moment load A is applied to a plane P including the center of a race groove 8 of an outer ring 1 and the race groove 11 of the inner ring 2 is set larger than thickness at a shoulder part 34 on the other side where the moment load A is not added. A ball 4 is thus prevented from getting over the shoulders. To the plane P where distance between the shoulder parts in the inner and the outer rings 1 and 2 is large, a circular part 36 in a crown-shaped retainer 15 is disposed between the shoulder part 31 in the outer ring 1 on the opposite side to the shoulder part 33, and the shoulder part 34 in the inner ring 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
