<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display crime information on an area where a user actually exists to a mobile communication terminal that the user holds. <P>SOLUTION: A GPS unit 35 of a portable telephone set 3 detects a present position of the portable telephone set 3. The portable telephone set 3 transmits information showing the position to a server device 1. The server device 1 reads crime information from a crime occurrence DB on the area including the position that position information received from the portable telephone set 3 shows. Mail where crime information which is read is totalized and shown is created by using a mail creation/update application 124.
