<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating air conditioning system for determining the necessity of maintenance of other portions as well as a compressor and dispensing with the need for removably incorporating a rewritable recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance determining part 13 reads the temperatures of refrigerant detected by temperature sensors 7, 8, 9, an operation time for a first actuator (the compressor), and currents and pressure in actuators 3, 5, 6 as data via an operation control part 11. It compares them with reference values stored in a memory 12.
