PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a broadcast recording device which can automatically record a new program broadcasted a plurality of times. SOLUTION: A broadcast recording device 1 receiving a program digitally broadcasted to be recorded is provided with a DeMUX processing portion 12 acquiring program information with regard to a broadcasted program, an SI information analyzing portion 15 extracting information with regard to a new program from the acquired program information, a recording condition setting portion 21 programming to record the new program based on the extracted program information, and a storing portion 17 recording the new program which is programmed to be recorded.
