PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse holder and a fuse unit that can reduce the labor and man-hours needed for assembly, while preventing connections that interconnect fuse electrodes and terminal fittings from being short-circuited. SOLUTION: The fuse unit 1 includes a fuse 2, terminal fittings 3, and the fuse holder 4. The fuse 2 includes a pair of electrodes 5. The terminal fittings 3 are connected to a wire 14. The fuse holder 4 includes a box-shaped holder body 16 and a connection 17. The connection 17 secures the terminal fittings 3 and the electrodes 5 of the fuse 2 to the holder body 16. The holder body 16 includes a bottom wall 20 on which to mount the connection 17, and a plurality of circumferential walls 21 rising from the outer edge of the bottom wall 20. The circumferential walls 21 extend from the outer edge of the bottom wall 20 in such a way that their edges 21a away from the bottom wall 20 extend from the connection 17 and farther away from the bottom wall 20.
