PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration of a base chassis over a broad frequency band in the vibration frequency band of the base chassis generated in the using rotational speed range of a spindle motor. SOLUTION: This disk drive unit 21 is provided with the base chassis 22 whereon a spindle motor 28 for rotationally driving the disk and a pickup 34 for recording/reproducing the information while moving to the radial direction with respect to the disk to be rotated by the spindle motor 28 are mounted, and on the base chassis 22, elastic bodies 45, 46 fixed to the base chassis 22 and 1st, 2nd dynamic vibration absorbers 41, 42 furnished with dynamic absorbing vibrator plates 43, 44 supported with the base chassis 22 through these elastic bodies 45, 46 are arranged, and the 1st, 2nd dynamic vibration absorbers 41, 42 have different resonance frequencies respectively in the vibration frequency band of the base chassis 22 generated in the using rotational speed range of the spindle motor 28.
