PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide security by preventing signal processing by double reception even if an existing security device is utilized and a function for making a moving body detecting sensor in a building monitor arbitrarily according to a normal household moving path is added. SOLUTION: In an at house security mode, a security device 3 neglects a radio signal of the moving body detection sensor 2Bi in the building 5 even if the signal is received, and receives a radio signal of detection means 2 (2Ao, 2Bo) in a peripheral area to determine whether an abnormality exists. An auxiliary monitoring device 4 determines whether an abnormality exists only regarding the detection signal of the moving body detection sensor 2Bi in the building 5 which a resident has selected for monitoring, and if determined that an abnormality exists, sends out an abnormality signal to the security device 3. In an outgo security mode, the security device 3 receives a radio signal from every detection means 2 to determine whether an abnormality exists, and the auxiliary monitoring device 4 neglects the radio signal of the detection means 2 even if it is received.
