PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measuring method of a low cost capable of measuring the concentration of a hardly decomposable organic compound directly with high precision. SOLUTION: In a method for measuring the hardly decomposable organic compound in the treatment of a liquid to be treated containing the hardly decomposable organic compound not decomposed by ozone and an easily decomposable organic compound decomposable by ozone, an ozone gas is supplied into the liquid to be treated to be stagnated until the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the liquid to be treated becomes a reference value or above and the concentration of the hardly decomposable organic compound in the liquid to be treated is measured by the measurement of absorbancy.
