PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscopic image photographing device capable of obtaining a sharp image from a sample showing dynamic behavior. SOLUTION: The microscopic image photographing device 1 is equipped with an imaging means 14 for photographing the image of the sample A showing the dynamic behavior; a behavior detection means 6 for detecting the dynamic behavior of the sample A; an image storage means 7 for storing the dynamic behavior of the sample A detected by the detection means 6 and the image of the sample A photographed by the imaging means 14 made to relate to each other; and a static image extraction means 8 extracting the image of the sample A nearly in a static state, based on the dynamic behavior of the sample A from the image of the sample A stored in the storage means 7.
