PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a rear end of a paper which is separate from a nip point between a transfer driving roller and a transfer driven roller from floating. SOLUTION: A float prevention device is used in a liquid jetting apparatus in which an object to be recorded is bent to project downward and transferred between a platen for supporting the object below a jetting head and the nip point where the object is held by a driving roller and a plurality of driven rollers at the upstream of the jetting head in a transfer direction of the object. The float prevention device which suppresses the float of the object is equipped with a pressing roller arranged rotatably above a transfer course of the object so as to press the object from above between the nip point and the jetting head, a roller holder which holds the pressing roller rotatably and is supported by an apparatus body movably in a direction to approach and separate to the object, and a torsion bar which excites the roller holder towards the object.
