PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for the circulation processing of a bulk material, which system can effectively carry out the processing of the bulk material. SOLUTION: The system for the circulation processing of the bulk material comprises a bulk material charging device 10 which spreads the bulk material on respective pallets 2 and stores the respective pallets 2 in a container 1, a processing device 30 for processing the bulk material charged by the bulk material charging device 10, a pallet collecting device 40 which collects the bulk material processed by the processing device 30 and takes out the respective empty pallets 2 from the container 1, a first carrying means 80 for carrying the container 1 to the bulk material charging device 10, the processing device 30, and the pallet collecting device 40 in that order, a second carrying means 90 for carrying the empty pallet 2 taken out from the pallet collecting device 40 to the bulk material charging device 10, and a third carrying means 95 for carrying the empty container 1, from which the pallet 2 has been taken out by the pallet collecting device 40, to the bulk material charging device 10. As a result, the processes of charging the bulk material to the pallet 2, processing the bulk material charged to the pallet 2, and discharging the processed bulk material from the pallet 2, are automatically carried out.
