PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide opening/closing disposable underpants having sufficient elasticity even after being worn. SOLUTION: An opening/closing disposable diaper 1 is provided with a rear back part Q, left/right front belt parts P1 and P2 extending from the rear back part Q to the both sides in the width direction, and an absorbent body 3 extending from the rear back part Q, passing through the crotch of the wearer and being foldable to the front belly part side; and the both front belt parts P1 and P2 wound around the waist and the folded absorbent body 3 are worn in the locked state in the front belly side of the wearer. Elastic members 20, 37 and 38 are attached to the rear back part Q and the both front belt parts P1 and P2 along the width direction in their extended states so as to extend along the waist of the wearer when being worn.
