PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball machine for which inner side/outer side guide rails are easily mounted with excellent workability without the need of a skilled technique or an expensive exclusive machine at a low manufacture cost. SOLUTION: The pinball machine P is provided with the inner side guide rail 28 surrounding a game part 5a on the surface of a game board 5 where board surface components are mounted and the outer side guide rail 25 for guiding hit pachinko balls to the game part 5a. At least one of the inner side guide rail 28 and the outer side guide rail 25 is molded from a synthetic resin, a plurality of fixing members 31 are integrally molded at a rear side edge along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail body 28a, and the guide rails 25 and 28 are mounted on the surface of the game board 5 by fitting the respective fixing members 31 to respective attaching holes 34 opened on the surface of the game board 5.
