A door lock actuator for use in an automotive vehicle door lock device 1 including a first operating lever 60 movable between an unlocking position for bringing the door lock device 1 into an unlocked condition and a locking position for bringing the door lock device 1 into a locked condition, a second operating lever 65 movable in response to manipulation of an in-door lock operating member, and a double lock mechanism interposed between the first operating lever and the second operating lever for selectively establishing and interrupting a force transmission path between the second operating lever 65 and the first operating lever 60. The double lock mechanism includes a connecting lever 61 rotatably supported by the second operating lever 65, and a motor-driven double lock lever 66 engageable with the connecting lever 61 for moving the connecting lever 61 between a connecting position and a double lock position. In the connecting position the connecting lever 61 establishes a connection between the first operation lever 60 and the second operation lever 65. In the double lock position the connecting lever 61 interrupts the said connection.
