A flow cell capable of detecting much scattering light by utilizing the converging angle of a condenser lens to a maximum. In the flow cell for obtaining information on particle size, etc. by forming a particle detection area (M) inside by irradiating laser beam (La), and collecting the scattering light (Ls) emitted by the particles contained in a sample fluid passing through the particle detection area (M) by the condenser lens (L), internal walls (3a and 3b) are formed so that the scattering light (Ls) can be converged by utilizing the converging angle (Theta) of the condenser lens (L) to a maximum.
