PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long roll-like functional film which has a functional layer such as a hard coat layer or the like and to which a suface protective film easy to peel and having a proper tack with respect to a base material is bonded.

SOLUTION: The long roll-like functional film is formed by providing the functional layer on one side of a transparent plastic film base material and bonding a surface protective film to the other surface thereof and characterized in that the tack of the surface protective film with the transparent plastic film base material is 100-500 mN/25 mm.
