<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active light-curing type ink jet ink composition having high curing sensitivity, capable of forming high hardness and strong coated film, having high quality and excellent in a discharge property and to provide an image-forming method and to provide an ink jet recording apparatus using the ink composition. <P>SOLUTION: The active light curing type ink jet ink composition comprises an onium salt not generating benzene by irradiation of active light as a photo acid generator, a compound having an oxetane ring as a photopolymerizable compound and an aliphatic cyclic ester compound having a 4 to 10-membered ring or a cyclic ether compound having 5 or more membered ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
