<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module which is easily deterred from curving. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery cell 1 is provided with a top cover member 6 on a photodetection side where the sunshine is incident and with a reverse cover member 2 on the opposite side from the photodetection surface. A filler 3 is charged between the top cover member 6 and the reverse cover member 2. A solar battery cell body 4 connected by an interconnector 5 is sealed in the filler 3. The top cover member 6 is made of a light-transmissive material and, for example, a polycarbonate film is applied. To the reverse cover member 2, the same material with the top cover member 6 which is equal in thickness is applied. Specified pigment is added to the reverse cover member 2 to reflect the incident sunshine to the side of the solar battery cell body 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
