<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet ink that does not cause a clogging in a nozzle of an inkjet printer even on performing continuous printing for a long period of time, enables marking on a meat material, etc. without being shed by an oil constituent of meat, does not cause elution of an coloring agent even when the material gets wet so that printed data can be recognized. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet ink comprises 0.3-10 wt.% food color, 45-98.7 wt.% ethanol, 0.5-5 wt.% tannic acid, 0-30 wt.% propylene glycol, 0.5-5 wt.% sodium lactate or lactate potassium, and 0-5 wt.% purified water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
