PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP reinforcing and repairing method for reinforcing and repairing FRP by keeping an advantage high in the degree of freedom at an execution place while restoring a shape or a function before repairing and enhancing strength characteristics including adhesive strength and stability so as to ensure quality. SOLUTION: The FRP reinforcing and repairing method includes at least an adhesive layer 3 coating process (A) for coating the outer surface of a flaw part 2 desired to be reinforced and repaired of FRP 1 with an adhesive layer, a preform setting process (B) for arranging a preform 4 comprising at least a reinforcing fiber base material on the adhesive layer 3, a hermetically closing process (C) for connecting a vacuum suction port 6 and a resin injection port 5 to the preform 4 to cover at least the adhesive layer and the part of the preform with a bag material 9, a resin impregnation process (D) for evacuating a cavity covered with the bag material 9 to be formed and injecting a resin from a resin injection port 5 to impregnate the preform 4 with a resin and a curing process (E) for curing the injected resin.
