PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus which can uniformize the cooling efficiency of each cooling fin by optimizing the passage of cooling air. SOLUTION: The cooling apparatus comprises a plurality of thermal conductors which are arranged vertically in parallel with each other, each having a heating element thermally connected to at least one surface and having a heat radiating section located on one end in the longitudinal direction; a cavity which stores the plurality of heat radiators of the thermal conductors and is equipped with a blowout port and an exhaust port for cooling air, and is formed, in such a manner that it is separated from the heating elements by a partition wall; a plurality of heat radiation fins which are thermally connected to the heat radiating sections, with at least main part located in the passage of the cooling air circulating in upper and lower portions of the cavity from the blowout port toward the exhaust port; and a fan for blowing the cooling air.
