PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a self-composite conductive thin film and its application capable of improving the quality of products and agreeing with industrial requirements. SOLUTION: In the method of forming a luminous thin film, a photoresist including a specific pattern and a specific functional group is formed on a substrate and combined with another specific functional group of conductive polymer polymerization unit, and thus the conductive thin film having the specific pattern is formed.
