PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising mirror adjusting mechanism in which the number of components is small, and which does not hinder the thinning of a device, and in which there is no influence of humidity, etc., and with which the angle adjustment of a raising mirror can be performed stably. SOLUTION: A mirror holder 43 has a 1st flat-plate part 431 and a 2nd flat-plate part 432 which are positioned in roughly parallel while being made to keep a distance from each other and a holder part 433 which connects between the 1st flat-plate part 431 and the 2nd flat-plate part 432 while having inclination and holds a raising mirror 41. The shaft part of an adjusting screw 45 is inserted into a screw inserting hole 434 formed in the 1st flat-plate part 431 to be freely rotatable and moreover the screw 45 is screwed onto a screw hole 438 formed in the 2nd flat-plate part 432. Then, the angle of the raising mirror which is held on the holder part 433 is adjusted by deforming a part of a mirror adjusting holder 43 while bringing the 2nd flat-plate part 432 close to or keeping it away from the 1st flat-plate part 431 by rotating the adjusting screw 45.
