PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starting device and a starting method for a system of short starting time. SOLUTION: This starting device of the system to which the electric power is supplied from power source voltage, comprises a storage means for storing a specific detection pattern after starting processing, and vaporizes when the power source voltage is lowered, and a branching means for selecting a system of starting processing on the basis of the discrimination of the detection pattern.
