PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a data user to freely acquire desired data, perform desired processing on the acquired data even though the data user does not have advanced data processing skill, and arbitrarily utilize the desired data with respect to a distributed database. SOLUTION: This information processing system comprises a plurality of databases respectively storing the data corresponding to data items, and a program creating means creating a plurality of connection modules connectable with the database storing the data corresponding to the plurality of data items input by a data input and output means, connected with the database by using each created connection module, creating a program for acquiring the data to acquire the desired information from the information acquired by each connection module, and outputting the created program to an output means.
