PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which can reduce leakage risk of a file. SOLUTION: This information processor contains; a file storage section 50 which stores a file; a file readout section 54 which reads the file from the file storage section 50; a feature value generation section 56 which generates a feature value of the file read by the file readout section 54; a database registration section 58 which associates the feature value generated by the feature value generation section 56 with the content of the file read from the file storage section 50 and registers it to a database 60; a file processing section 52 which deletes the file from the file storage section 50; a feature value acquisition section 44 which inputs the feature value; and a database readout section 46 which reads the file related with the feature value acquired by the feature value acquisition section 44 from the database 60.
