PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof mounting structure having high reliability in a simple structure, without increasing the number of components, and securing waterproofness of a mounting part of a lens replaceable camera, preventing the wear of a waterproof member to secure durability, reducing the turning frictional force and improving the lens-attaching operability. SOLUTION: The waterproof mounting structure comprises a camera side mount 20 subjected to low friction processing on a face 22 to be sealed, and a ring-like waterproof ring 30 provided at the side of a lens 10 facing the face 22 which should be sealed.
