PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk fixing device which has a locking structure in which a disk is not unlocked only by pressing the structure, reliably maintains the disk locked state, easily takes out the disk when necessary, has a simple structure and is manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: A plurality of elastic locking pieces 5, 5... erected from the circumferential edge of a center hole 3 formed inside an annular rib 2 are separated by cutouts 4, 4... reaching the annular rib. Each elastic locking piece has elastic supporting pieces 8, 8... reaching the vicinity of the annular rib, and each elastic locking piece is formed in an independently and elastically deformable manner from the vicinity of the annular rib. The upper end of each elastic locking piece has a folded part 9 folded toward the center, and tips on the center side of each folding part are brought close to each other with a space 20 of a predetermined value, and claws 7, 7... are protruded in the middle of the outer side of each elastic locking piece.
