PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body lower part structure capable of maintaining torsional rigidity of the vehicle body to a high degree and surely protecting a wire harness from damage even in a vehicle mounted with a weight article under a floor. SOLUTION: A guard bar 17 is extended under the floor of a border part of a motor room 1 arranged at a front part of the vehicle and arranged with a driving means for traveling the vehicle and an occupant room 3 arranged at a rear part of the motor room 1 and mounted with a mounting frame 15 and a fuel battery stack 21 under the floor along a vehicle width direction.
