PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely protect the body of an infant by using a bed for the infant only when a seat body is rotated backward. SOLUTION: This seat is provided with a baby seat provided to be movable between a storing position stored into the seat body and a developing position taken out of the seat body 1 and to form a bed for the infant on a front side of the seat body 1 at the developing position, a rotating device 4 for supporting the seat body 1 to be rotatable between a forward position and a backward position integrally with the baby seat, a moving regulating and releasing mechanism 3 for regulating moving of the baby seat from the storing position when the seat body 1 is at the forward position and releasing the moving regulation when the seat body 1 is at the backward position, and a reclining regulating mechanism 6 for regulating rotation of the rotating device 4 when the baby seat is at the developing position and releasing the rotation regulation when the baby seat is at the storing position.
