PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment device for a leg portion capable of strengthening a pushing and pressing force and providing an acupressure effect. SOLUTION: The medical treatment device has a pipe 101 having a jetting hole 101a opposing to the leg portion, a pump supplying a fluid into the inside of the pipe 101 and jetting the fluid from a jetting hole 101a, and a bag 103 covering the pipe 101, hits the fluid jetted from the jetting hole 101a against the leg portion via the bag 103 and recirculates the jetted fluid through the inside of the bag 103 to the pump.
