<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a means of conveyance, particularly a means of conveyance for transportation, storage, forming and marking of bakery products in the period prior and during their rising, said means of conveyance comprising a supporting section (1), a cover (2) and attachment to a conveyor belt, wherein said supporting section (1) is covered by the cover (2) consisting of a meshwork (3) with regular or irregular mesh structure, wherein the cover (2) is not in contact with the supporting section (1) at the spot where the rising product (6) is placed. The meshwork (3) has such size of meshes (4) that leaves, according to the sort and size of the bakery product, an imprint of their form on the surface thereof.</p> |
