<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the durability of a building and save an energy for cooling and heating for the space of the building at low cost by forcibly ventilating a space under a floor for dehumidification. <P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioning system 30 of the building, a house 10 is formed in an airtight and insulated structure and, when a ventilation fan 22 is continuously operated, outside air is led from an outside air inlet 23 into a first story space 17 and a second story space 18. The outside air led into the first story space flows in the space 15 under the floor through the ventilation hole 24 in the floor 14 and is discharged to the atmosphere through the other ventilation hole and the first story space by the ventilation fan 22. Also, a duct 33 having an air blow fan 37 extends between the first story space, the second story space, and a loft space 19, and a skylight 32 is installed in a roof. In a winter season, hot air in the loft space and the second story space heated by a solar heat passed through the skylight is led into the first story space through the duct 33 by switching the rotating direction of the air blow fan.
