<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a roller member capable of certainly removing the material remaining in the shaft end part of the roller member obtained using a mold in a short time without causing the damage or the like of an elastomer layer, and to provide a roller member cleaning device used therein. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the roller member 10 equipped with a shaft 11 and the elastomer layer 12 provided to the outer periphery of the shaft 11 by integral molding, a cleaning process performed so that a molding roller member 10 is rotated around the center axial line of a shaft 11 after an integral molding process to perform a cleaning process for pressing the cleaning member 13 to the surface in the vicinity of the end part supporting no elastomer layer 12 of the shaft 11 from the direction crossing the center axial line at a right angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
