<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for reducing coupling noise. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor device, a semiconductor memory device or a flash memory includes a high voltage region including a high voltage component, a low voltage region including a low voltage component and a switch transistor for connecting the high voltage region and the low voltage region, such as a low voltage switch transistor.
