<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a laying material having stable material properties and maintaining excellent moldability and durability also to the change of an environmental temperature, using a waste rubber material as a recycling raw material. <P>SOLUTION: A polyurethane-based binder is added and mixed into the granular waste rubber material so that the waste rubber material to the polyurethane-based binder in parts by weight is 85:15-70:30, and the obtained mixture is heated to 100-200°C in the presence of moisture to harden the polyurethane-based binder for molding. A kit for manufacturing the laying material is provided with an a-material comprising the mixture of the granular waste rubber material and a water retentive polymer carrying water, and a b-material comprising the polyurethane binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
