<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method which, without stopping the operation of an alkylation apparatus, can wash a place which is apt to interrupt a fluid flow, a place which is apt to lower a heat exchange efficiency, a place from which sulfuric acid remaining therein during the stop of the apparatus is recovered with difficulty, and a like place. <P>SOLUTION: The formed product alkylate is fed to the places to be washed to wash them. A conduit H1 can be prevented from being stopped by washing it by feeding the formed product alkylate into a conduit L1 and feeding it into the upper part of a waste sulfuric acid separation tank 24 through a conduit L2. Further, the removal of precipitates and solidified matter, the prevention of freeze of sulfuric acid, and the dissolution of highly viscous sulfuric acid are effected by feeding the formed product alkylate into the tube of a reactor through the conduits L1 and L3. Furthermore, sulfuric acid feed conduits B1 and B2 are washed by recovering sulfuric acid remaining in the conduits B1 and B2 by feeding the product alkylate thereinto when the alkylation apparatus is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
