PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable radio equipment that can reduce interaction with a human body caused in an antenna so as to make stable communication. SOLUTION: The portable radio equipment comprises a first device body provided with a speaker, a second device body provided with the antenna and a turning mechanism that connects the first and the second device bodies and axis-supports the first device body or the second device body freely so as to be turnable in fan-like motion and the antenna is positioned at the upper end of the second device body.
