PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a wasteful period wherein no autozero nor amplification is carried out in an analog-digital converter having a plurality of stages. SOLUTION: A first AD conversion circuit 22, a first DA conversion circuit 23, and a first subtraction amplifier circuit 26 configure a stage of one-step amplification. A third amplifier circuit 27, a second AD conversion circuit 28, a second DA conversion circuit 29, a second subtraction circuit 30, and a fourth amplifier circuit 31 configure a stage of two-step amplification. The subsequent stage also configures a stage of two-step amplification. The first AD conversion circuit 22 samples a prescribed reference voltage in the hybrid AD converter stated as above and receives an analog signal to its own stage during a comparison operation period. The second AD conversion circuit 28 samples an analog signal received to its own stage and receives the prescribed reference voltage during the comparison operation period.
