PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate chip inductor forming member and a laminate chip inductor component manufacturing method which has no need of forming through holes in a green sheet and reduces the manufacturing time at a low cost to improve the productivity. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises forming interlayer connecting electrodes for connecting coil wirings on a carrier film, coating the entire surfaces of the interlayer connecting electrodes and the carrier film with a ferrite layer to make a green sheet, polishing and removing the ferrite layer covering the interlayer connecting electrodes to expose the surfaces of these electrodes, and forming inner electrodes for forming coils on the interlayer connecting electrodes and the ferrite layer so as to cover the surfaces of the interlayer connecting electrodes.
