PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element with excellent luminescence properties, element drive durability, and preservation stability. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element has at least an organic layer including luminescent layer between a pair of electrodes. The organic electroluminescent element includes at least one of chemical compounds expressed by the following general formula 1 in the organic layer. In the formula, RR<SB>11</SB>represents substituent which may be same or different from each other and m represents an integer from 0 to 4.
